It is January and with it comes thoughts of New Year’s resolutions and setting goals.
In the year 2000, the Capital Area Dental Society, CADS, was transitioning from the classic model of an entirely member run component of the Texas Dental Association.
The holiday season is upon us. I love and dread this season at the same time.
The ADA House Of Delegates met this past October 20- 23 in Atlanta, Georgia, at the ADA Annual Meeting.
The need to stand together to help our fellow dentists became evident this past September when Hurricane Harvey blew on to our Texas coast.
In September, I wrote an article about the potential for an overwhelming corporate takeover of all industries, including dentistry. It must have struck a nerve, because I have received more comments on that article than all my other editorials combined.
