My teeth are a little outward. I want to fill the gaps found between the teeth and want them to be in the normal position. What should I do?

I have this bump on the inside of my lip. It doesn’t hurt and is bluish in color. It is a little bigger than pea size. I have had it for about two weeks but I don’t remember how I got it. I don’t have any risk factors for cancer, as I am too young to smoke or drink.
