Yes. To make a reservation, go to the calendar menu on the sidebar. Open the calendar section and go to the month of the meeting you wish to attend. Highlight the meeting on the calendar and  scroll down to the link "RSVP for this event". Follow the instructions to make your reservation. As of now you cannot pay for the meeting online. Payment is made at the meeting when you check in.
